Real Estate Career Starter – Property Management
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Real Estate Career Starter – Property Management. This is a full-time role based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As part of the Macarthur Real Estate Agency Pty Ltd team, you will play a key role in the Residential Leasing & Property Management division of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio
  • Communicating with landlords and tenants to address any property-related matters
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed inspection reports
  • Processing rent payments and managing arrears
  • Advertising vacant properties and conducting viewings
  • Preparing and executing tenancy agreements
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of our property management services

What we're looking for

  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills in the real estate industry
  • Relevant work experience in a customer service or administrative role (desirable but not essential)
  • Availability to work Saturday shifts as needed in addition to standard weekday hours
