Real Estate Trainee Leasing Assistant
Macarthur Real Estate Agency is looking for a motivated Real Estate Trainee Leasing Assistant to support our busy leasing and property management team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone keen to start a long-term career in real estate, with structured training and support provided.
What you’ll be doing
• Assisting with leasing enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
• Booking and coordinating open homes and private inspections
• Supporting at inspections and following up enquiry feedback
• Processing tenancy applications (data entry, reference checks, file setup)
• Preparing lease documentation and tenant onboarding packs (under guidance)
• Managing keys, appointments and general leasing administration
• Updating listings and maintaining accurate records in our systems
• Providing friendly, professional service to tenants, landlords and applicants
What we’re looking for
• Great customer service and communication skills (especially on the phone)
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Confident with computers and admin tasks
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Current driver’s licence (preferred) and availability for some Saturday work
• NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain – we can support you)
• Experience in admin/retail/hospitality is helpful but not essential
