Our Property Management Process

1. Establishing Rent

With local market knowledge, we research recent tenancies within Wagga Wagga to interpret market conditions to help set price and discover interest. This is critical to ensure finding suitable tenants for your property, many of who we have on our database.

2. Marketing

Our marketing collateral will help reach the widest net to attract the best tenants possible. With on-site signage, copywriting, photography and portal advertising. Our team may suggest ways to spruce up your property, including any important maintenance tasks to help show your property in the best light.

3. Bring on the Tenants

As we start to receive applications for your property, we vet prospective tenants by completing employment and reference checks to ensure we put forward only the most suitable candidates, allowing you to select your preferred tenant. We also record a detailed condition report for your property.

4. Open for Inspections

We have done all the work to get  your property looking its best. With the property now live with quality marketing, we start inspections. Following strict COVID-safe measures, we hold open homes for interested parties and facilitate private viewings as required

5. Rent Collection

After going through an on-boarding process with your selected tenants, we facilitate all accounts and rent collection. This includes ensuring your property doesn’t fall in to arrears and issuing notices to tenants who may be behind.

6. Property Inspections

We ensure your property is being well maintained and kept to a livable standard with routine inspections. This is checked along side our entry condition reports. We allow your tenants to give feedback on the property if they have not done so and rectify any issues.
