Gill gave us a realistic valuation and the process to go to market was very smooth and required very little involvement from us. Errol had been our agent from the very beginning of our home search in June 2025, and over the course of nearly a year he consistently went well beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. They give me a full overview of the property after the Yearly- inspection, and give advice where necessary, on any improvement needed. Final choices on everything was obviously up to me but I followed their recommendations on all matters as they know real estate matters and i don't.
